I set a password on my new laptop
cannot remember the password
reply goes to wizard wizard instructs answer on G drive
where do I get g drive for password reset?

A password reset disc is created when you first set up your laptop. So unfortunately, if it's already locked that means you cannot reset it anymore. Please do contact the manufacturer of the laptop for more information about password related concerns.
