I play mostly DayZ standalone, minecraft, starcraft all at good settings. Can this handle good settings and play them well.

Do whatever you can to upgrade to the k series processor and a 760, start with not spending about 15% of the budget on a headset, 5% of the budget on a keyboard. Get $50 headset, and a $15 keyboard for now, and better ones when you can. Slightly cheaper PSU would do you well enough.
