PC Desktop have shadowy patch

Hello friends I have a LED monitor. One day i clean my monitor and when i open my PC then i see that there is a shadowy Patch on the right bottom side of desktop. The spot is transparent but its annoying. Now i want to know that how i can remove that spot from my screen.

You can't fix that, that is damage to the screen, probably from pressure or from liquid getting in the screen while you are cleaning. Did you try the monitor with another computer to make sure it's not the computer?
