Solved! PC Setup with Studio Monitors, Audio Interface and a subwoofer

I am currently using a pair of JBL LSR305s with an audio interface (Focusrite Scarlett 2i2) for my PC setup.

I am looking to purchase a used Rythmik F12 (A370 XLR2 ver), but I am clueless on how to set it up.

There is only 1 XLR output on the F12 (http://www.rythmikaudio.com/download/XLR2_sealed_quickguide.pdf), whereas 2 outputs to the studio monitors are needed (https://support.focusrite.com/hc/en...r-to-a-Focusrite-Interface-for-stereo-mixing-) for it to work(?)

How should I go about making this set-up work? Any help is appreciated, thank you.

p.s. Sorry if this is a dumb question, I'm a complete noob to this and reading many other threads just served to confuse me more

I think you will need to split the single TRS outputs of the 2i2.

One pair of outputs go to the JBLs. The other pair go to an balanced to unbalanced converter.

The output of the converter goes to the L/R unbalanced RCA inputs on the subwoofer.

May I ask:

1. I can just use a XLR Splitter to use from the Rythmik XLR Output directly to the studio monitors, and then just use TS Cables for connecting the 2i2 to the line inputs of the Rythmik?

This way, it'll be balanced connection from the sub to the monitors, but an unbalanced connection from the 2i2 to the sub. Will this affect anything, or just straight out not work?

Also, do outputs from the 2i2 to the monitors and subwoofer work as you mentioned, or does it have to be output from the 2i2 into the subwoofer, then the output from the subwoofer to the studio monitors, as mentioned in https://support.focusrite.com/hc/en...r-to-a-Focusrite-Interface-for-stereo-mixing- ?

1. If you just use cables you will be connecting the ground and shield of the balanced cables to each other with the TR cable. It would probably work but you would effectively have unbalance connections to both the sats and sub. Can't hurt to try it.
The converter isolates the balanced and unbalance connections so the connection to the sats stays balanced.
2. Your sub doesn't have any outputs so no place to connect the sats. You could put the splitter at the subwoofer if it was more convenient but you would may need a splitter with different male female plugs.
