PC to Receiver Audio Problem

My PC is npt recieving Audio

The correct adapter is 3.5MM stereo to (two) RCA plugs. The 3.5 plug inserts into the headphone jack of the computer.
The computer is not supposed to receive audio. The computer is the source of audio.
The receiver receives the audio and amplifies it.
