PC tune up software

i'm looking for a software that might be better than the one i have now.
i now use system mechanic, but i was wondering if there are any better
ones out there that have the full packages like
- restoring unused ram
- fixing registry problems.
- scanning of files
- blocking startup programs
- and other useful things.

CCleaner is widely regarded as one of the best tools for this. Should do everything you listed, although I'm not quite sure what you mean by "restoring unused RAM".

i have used this, i was wondering if there were others, by the way it doesn't do everything i want.
like checking what programs are useless on startup for example.

and restoring unused ram: sometimes the computer uses to much ram and it's waisted, with system mechanic i was able to free up some ram space (sorry for the confusion)
