PC turn off and on timer

I am searching for software that turns my PC off at 12 AM and back on at 6 AM
I would also like this program to stop running during the weekend.
If plausible I would also like it to deactivate itself during downloads, but not during uploads

Whenever I turn my PC off myself it is harder for me to fall asleep for some reason.
And if I have to turn my PC back on myself it makes me feel bad for no known reason.
If a program that can do such things exists, a link to it would of course be very helpful and maybe a guide on how to set ''Wake to Lan'' on in my BIOS (ASRock 970 R3)

If you're having a hard time sleeping, try just turning it off an hour earlier than when you'd normally sleep, then just take it easy for 30mins to an hour and try sleeping then.

Otherwise, you could just do what you want to through the bios I believe.

No need fighting against my sleeping incapability
All I need is a good timer software, and I will be just fine.
I have been keeping my PC on for the past 2-3 weeks, which isn't good. Hence why I am trying to find a solution for it
