Question Pc won't connect to WiFi or ethernet

My windows 10 pc recently updated and since then it will not show up WiFi or ethernet in the network settings. I have tried updating drivers, resetting WiFi, I've reset my pc and nothing is working. When I troubleshoot it says plug ethernet cable in, I have and it doesn't recognise it. I've tried the cable on my laptop and it works fine. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

I typed ipconfig/all into command prompt and it says: IP routing enabled, no
Wins proxy enabled, no
Ethernet adapter: media state, disconnected
Physical address: 94_de_80_6c_da_10
DHCP enabled, yes
Autoconfiguration enabled, yes
