Introduction

Pebble produces smartwatches that work with both iOS and Android smartphones. Their e-ink screens may not be the most beautiful around, but the tradeoff is significantly longer battery life than other smartwatches. The Pebble started as a Kickstarter project in 2012 and took off immediately, making more than ten times its initial goal.

In 2014 Pebble released a second model, the Pebble Steel.

Both Pebble models have similar specs and features. No matter which one you choose, you’ll get all of your notifications on your wrist, control of your music, custom watch faces, control of your music and more.

Update: In February 2015, Pebble launched a Kickstarter for its new watch, Pebble Time. This thread has been updated to include details on the new smartwatch.
