After upgrading to Windows 10 , the performance selector switch stopped working and now I am stuck with Intel's in-build graphics card. I have searched for graphics driver on Sony's website but couldn't find any new updates. Is there any other way to switch graphics card?

Hi,

Please do try doing a clean install of the graphics card driver that may help in solving the issue.
- Go to Device Manager and uninstall AMD graphics driver.
- Next is to open Programs and Features then uninstall anything related to AMD.
- Once completely uninstalled, download and install the latest driver.
- Here's the link: http://support.amd.com/en-us/download
- Reboot the laptop once the latest driver has been installed then test it again.
- If the same problem will persist, do reinstall Windows first and if it will still not work then the problem lies in the GPU itself.

Are you sure the Sony's hardware switch for changing graphics has nothing to do with it?
