Personalise settings how?

Where do i find personalise setting on my HP Paviliondv7-1247cl Laptop.I clicked on right side and it doesn't show up?

Are you trying "Personalize" Windows or some program by HP?

If it is Windows Vista, 7, or 8, just right-click with your mouse on the Windows Desktop and select "Personalize"
