Phantom Calls from Cell Phone

Over the last few days, I have had 4 different persons call me to say they had received a call from my cell phone number. I had neither called them nor had my phone been out of my sole possession. The outgoing calls to these strangers were not listed on my cell call log. I went to my local AT&T store and they replaced my SIM card. I just received a 5th call from someone who received a call from my phone, so that means the new SIM card didn't make a difference. I heard there was a website to report such phantom calls. Thoughts?

I called AT&T's 611. They disconnected me from the network and then reconnected me. Let see if that works. If not will check on whether my number is being used to spoof caller ID. The only thing is the callers tell me they get a call but the line goes dead once they answer.
