Solved! Philips TV can't show subtitles on top

So I was watching anime and got really irritated by something. When there is a "sign" subtitle, it will show, but the rest of the subtitles won't show. I will show in pictures what I mean.

Pic 1 is my PC and 2 is TV. Basically, the subtitles should be shown as they are on my PC screen (double subtitles). I didn't see any solutions online nor people having this issue. Please help.

This is how the subtitle code looks like: (I tried .ASS and .SRT, both didn't work)

We can see that from the notepad, the TV doesn't show multiple subtitle dialogues at once

Am not surprised. TV throw you "can do this, can do that" but tend to not do them well. If u want do well, use a dedicated PC.
