Phone can't come on

my iphone won't turn on completely, once it gets to the android small icon, it gets stuck there. You can't even turn off the phone unless you remove the battery, What do I do. Kind Regards

Well if it is an iPhone then you can try plugging it into your computer and restoring to factory settings and then restoring to a iCloud backup. Just make sure you create an iCloud backup before you restore to factory settings because it will delete content I believe. If this doesn't work then I think it sounds like an actual hardware issue which you would need to take to apple or somewhere to have repaired.
