Question phone mic only work with certain apps

so i have a lg stylo 5x and the mic works fine with the google assistant and discord app but not in phone calls or with the built in camera app and the sound recorder pics it up but faintly and a kind of static sound i tried safe mode it didn't work then i factory rest and it work fine once it booted up then once it got finish updates and restoring the back up it went back to not working right

edit i tried to do a factory reset again and not restore the back up and now the mic wont work with anything
