Phone not Charging nor coming on

Hey guys..i got a Blu Life Pure Mini..the battery is built in..can't take it out...i was using it one day then all of a sudden the phone freezes and the screen goes white..could not turn it off and put it back on..it died on its own..and when i plugged in the charger the charging sign did not show up..been trying for days..left it charging for hours..still no luck..got any suggestions ?

Check the charger plug is clean and the socket on the fone is ok ... then plug it in

How to enter Blu Life Pure Mini recovery mode
•Power off your device.
•Boot in recovery mode by pressing and holding Volume Up, Volume Down and Power Button at the same time.
•Release all buttons when the Blu Life Pure Mini screen flickers and in a few seconds the Recovery screen will appear.

If the above does not work you need to get the battery out (assuming the charger is ok).

The charger plug is a standard usbmini plug so you can try a Samsung or other charger to see if the charger is ok or dead.

I can't find a video to show you how to get the battery out of the dmn thing tho !!!
