My phone switched off on it own, now it cannot on or charge, my phone type is window phone Nokia Lumia 1320.

If it will not charge then either the charge is bad or not plugged in, the port in the phone bad, or the motherboard is bad. Not really anything you can do about the port or board being bad besides get it replaced by warranty or insurance if that is an option.
