Phone won't turn on!!!!

Hello guys,

So my phone all of a sudden i think got bricked, I was watching esea Cs:go in the car and after the game turned off my phone and then it wouldn't turn back on. (Note the battery was on 30% I then plugged in the car charger and then it fully charged in 11 minutes) I pushed the power and up vol button to get it in recovery mode but when ever I try and select fast boot, normal boot and recovery nothing happens, also I'm on a android ZTE phone.

Also note when I plug in the phone to charge it had a red led

Would be helpful if you indicated what phone you are using.

From what i understood.. the phone still gets into the recovery mode screen?

Ok it's a ZTE Blade A475 and yes I can get to screen that says recovery mode, normal mode, fast boot but when I select one of them the phone turns off again....

So you know how to get to recovery options, have you tried doing a factory reset?

I can't do a factory reset because there is no optio. For that and to get to the options power+vol up

That's really weird...

Are you sure there's no factory reset or "wipe data" option? Or anything similar to this..

Anyway beyond that, are you comfortable flashing the ROM (installing OS)?
