Does their software are really good, i don't know if I should buy it or not ...

Look like a scam, google show a few complaint

They offer trial versions, why not download one, and decide for yourselves?
As whether it's a scam or not it's another question. Big fishes log a lot of complaints, too.

They trial are more like demo with just a video like on the web. Where did you find the complaints ?
