Photoshop won't open after changes were made by AT&T tech support to solve another problem.

I started having problems attaching and sending files in an email. I called AT&T tech support and they "took over" my computer and fixed the problem. Now, I can't get Photoshop to open! They said it was a coincedence, but I'm sure it has something to do with a changed setting, probably with my Kaspersky Internet Security.

Can you tell me it this could be the problem and what settings to change back to?

Just reinstall Photoshop, it will cure anything they did...

Do a fresh install of PS, it might be possible that the tech changed some settings that are now conflicting with PS.
