Picking up radio station through speakers?

They aren't connected to my laptop, they are connected through a splitter into my TV. It's some sort of foreign station and can only be heard If I turn the volume all the way down, it's not loud but can be heard through the white noise.
 
If you can hear white noise from the speakers when the TV volume is down then first try turning the volume on the speakers down (you will turn the TV volume up to compensate). That will minimize the interference if it is coming into the speaker directly. If the interference is coming in via the speaker wire ferrite cores may help. Here's some info
