You have a couple of options.

1.) You can use a USB cord to connect the phone to the computer and transfer the files to the device like you would move files from one folder to another. Just make sure you create a directory/folder that you can access for them to be in. It is best if you have a SD card to transfer them to in the phone, rather than transferring to the device itself, as images take up a lot of space.

2.) You can upload the images to a cloud account and then download them to the phone.

Either way you try, be sure you "Copy" the images rather than "Move" them. Why? Because phones break, die, get lost, get stolen, etc. And you don't want to lose all those lovely photos.
