Picture only showing in top left portion of screen

I just turned on my tv and the picture is only showing in top left portion of screen. I can't figure out how to get it back to full screen

Hello... Typically this is a TV/remote control setup setting... check your manual/PDF for your TV and look under "display settings"?

Does your TV have "Picture in Picture"
It sounds like its running in that mode !
Check your remote for a "PiP" key or something similar
