Pinnacle studio crash on Samsung qx412

Recently I decide to produce some videos so I installed pinnacle studio 17 on my laptop ( i5 4g ram 320g had os win10 64 ) when I produce videos by photos and screen captured videos on pinnacle there is no problem but when I import videos recorded by my camera Sony nex-5r ( MP4 1080 30 frame ) pinnacle can't play it and laptop goes to not responding mod and after few minutes closed automatically. I think there is a problem by my hardware.
Dose replacing a ssd will help to solve the problem?
Do you have any suggestions but consider my budget 100 dollars?

Recently I have started producing some videos and for this purpose I use pinnacle studio 17 on my laptop ( Samsung qx412 i5 4g ram 320 hdd is win 10 64 ) in producing videos by screen shots and photos there is no problem but when I use video recorded by my Sony nex-5r MP4 1080 30 fp pinnacle can't truly import video and also play it and by exporting it hangs up and closed after few minutes and laptop goes in to not responding mod.
Dose replacing hdd by a ssd like Kingston kc400 256 will help ?
Do you have any suggestions but consider my budget 100 dollars?
