Pioneer DVD and Samsung CDRW not found

Hello,
SOmeone else in 2004 asked the same question here and the answer was to go to the manufacturer and download the drivers. Unfortunately, no such help is available with Samsung or Pioneer. We users depend on getting answers that we can use, not some generic pass off.

I suggest you adjust your attitude, my friend, if you want "free" assistance for your computer problems.

Your DVD/CDROM driver can be found at c:\windows\system32\drivers\cdrom.sys
I doubt your computer has lost it.
