Very easy to find out. Look up what video card you have in the laptop, look up requirements of the game, compare the two. While your exact card is very likely not listed you can use http/www.videocardbenchmark.net/gpu_list.php to look up your card and the card needed/recommended for the game to compare the scores of them.
