Play Station TV??

This is MUCH cheaper than Dish Network for what I really want, but it is not nationwide, why not? I asked in the company chat room, but no real help, I got the this is new crap, so what Sling TV is newer & nation wide...

Do you mean PlayStation Vue? PlayStation TV is a small basic console. It's $50 a month for the cheapest plan, that's not really cheaper than any other basic TV service.

As to why they are in limited cities, that is pretty normal for a service roll-out to minimize costs and do research. There is also the issue of license costs for the channels. Since the decision to enter markets and introduce new products come from some heavy research and can have major business impact, companies are not very eager to give away details about how they decide to do what.
