Play store is not working though internet connection is working properly and chrome and internet explorer is also working but

play store is saying that there is a problem with your internet connection but all other apps like opera, chrome are working that shows there is no problem in internet connection.
Help me out ho to solve this problem?

Hi there,

have you checked with speedtest.net ?
Also check if you in and outbound connections are blocked or open in the firewall ... carefull here: this is dangerous if you open the wrong ones !
(outbound should be open, inbound mostly closed) outbound can be an incoming packet which was initiated on your PC !

Have you tried a reset of your router/switch ? An "ipconfig /flushdns" ? A reboot ?
