Hey guys, I have Samsung Galaxy S duos 2. When I tried to open my play store it doesn't start and showing no connection. ... I checked the mobile data and it is on. I can download from Google Chrome and the mobile data works fast and fine. But the play store giving this error. Please help me. ...

Clearing the data and the cache might also work. Under setting >> app manager.

Doesn't work anything. I update it to 5.1.11, but it no works. I also clear the data. The error still pop up.

When all else fails, you can always backup all your data and do a full system restore.
