playing dvd on tv

I got a dvd of Chicago Dead concerts for xmas and tried to watch on tv...I get the opening screen that provides options like Play, SetList, etc. But I can't get any of the options to work. I have tried Samsung tv remote (which is how I got to DVD setting), the Comcast remote and my B&O sound system remote...which does provide a dvd option but other than getting the initial dvd screen loaded, does not seem to be of much help. Of course, I could play the dvd on my laptop but this is the Dead who deserve better! Thanks. Peter

Try it in another DVD player. If none play, contact whoever made the DVD for support.
