Please someone help me out I can't view photos on my sd card clicked from my dslr camera when I put the as card in my phone.

Depends how big it is and whether the phone supports the capacity of it, and if it supports SDHC

Is the SD card a sized supported by your phone?
Is the SD card readable in a card reader when you plug it in to your PC?

What format are the pics in? jpg or RAW? Or both?
If RAW only, your phone almost certainly can't do anything with them.
