Hello im going to start a youtube channel for minecraft . I want to ask that Jackfrostminer ( youtuber ) in his videos when ine scene ends he puts effect and other scene start please tell me how to do that!

The correct term for what you've described is "transition effects".

It's done with third-party video-editing software on a PC before the footage is uploaded to Youtube.
