There is not really a way to swap gpus in a notebook, they should make a way!

I suggest building a desktop instead.
Desktop are way faster and has greater upgrade path compared to a laptop.
Don't forget that laptop run way hotter than a desktop.

It depends on the laptop. The vast majority of them out there do not have replaceable GPUs, so likely the answer is no. But you may have gotten the golden laptop. What model do you have?
