Please help me, no OS

Hi, hope someone can help me, basically what i did was flash xposed framework to my samsung galaxy note 3 (sm-n9005) it worked but then i tried to reboot and it got stuck in a bootloop, then stupidly thinking it would solve it i wiped my phone now my backups are gone and my phone has no OS please help me!!!

Look online for a ROM for your phone and carrier and flash it using a computer.
