Please help me with my recording

I have a agptek hd game capture and agptek hdmi splitter.they are hooked up to my ps3 for recording.everything looks ok and sounds ok till I take the usb out and play the video.my mic volume records perfect but the game audio is low on playback.please help me fix this

I think it's actually part of the capture card, it may produce good quality video, but not produce good quality audio
But I'm not 100% sure that this is the case as I don't own this capture card, I'm an owner of an HD60 so I wouldn't really know
You could always do a quick Google search and see what comes up for this issue
But yeah, it could just be that it's part of the capture card, since it's not as good as the HD60
