please help me!

I tried hooking computer speakers to flat screen tv via 3.5 to rca. no sound. if I hook them straight to my digital converter box I get sound but then still no sound for DVD or ps3. Any ideas? Ran all settings...

We'll need more info before anyone could hazard a guess. To start off with, we'll need to know the TV brand/model and also the computer speakers you are using.
