I just got a Samsung Galaxy 6s, and I don't know what to do. I d/l'd a program called NewsStand and it is installed, but no matter what I do, I can't get the damn app on my homepage. I have to go to Play Store to access it that way,

IS THERE SOMEONE WHO IS ABLE TO HELP ME?

I'm assuming this is Google Play Newsstand? It has an app icon as well as a half-page widget available. Can you describe in more detail what your problem is?
