Please help me

I have the Samsung tablet model: GT-P5210
It suddenly shut down last night, wouldn't turn back on, I thought maybe the battery just drained but today when I tried after it charged all night or so I thought, it now doesn't turn on at all but if I use the power and the volume down button the warning for the OS pops up if I push down it'll start downloading but it seems like it freezes if I push up it just goes back to being in shutdown mode. I've gone through all the solutions that were listed in this forum and nothing seems to work except I didn't open the tablet yet is there any other way before I attempt that?

If you already went through solutions that were online, not much else to do here aside from trying to replace the battery. Seems like a hardware issue with the system though not the battery, it may need a new system board or just to be replaced.
