I've accidently deleted my photos and music off my phone an i dont have a computer to get them back is there another way

Did you back them up to cloud storage? If not, then all you can do is connect the device to a PC and run a file recovery program like Recuva. There are file restore apps you can get from the Play Store, but I have never tried any of them so can't say how well they would work.
