Please help with a code 10 on windows 7

I uninstalled the toredo tunnelling device driver from my win 7, I run a driver update program but it seems not to recognize a driver was missing. I followed instructions to uninstall this driver that does not run. and found a certain company wanted an arm and leg to replace it ! ensuring it would fix it ? yes I have backed up all drivers but I would still be left with same problem.(code 10) Can you please Help me and hundreds of others with the same problem. what can I do ??? oh and can you tell me what this driver does in life to warrant so much trouble! its a shame there's no easy fix for new users to sort this out.

Both Zone alarm and AVG can cause this problem. Try removing them if you have either installed.
