Please help with this installing error

Every time i install something from Google it comes up in Russian. My windows and PC are all in English, I bought this thing in America, Actually its not only google its other various programs. Can someone help me, i need to edit a couple of photos and im not paying for it so PLEASE HELP ME.

Can u give us an example of exactly what u doing and what is happening and what programs are affected?

Are you actually located in Russia? It's probably just giving you info based on your location. Change it in the settings in google.
