Question PLEASE HELP!!!

My laptop freezes when boots puts me in bitlocker and still freezes, takes half an hour to get 1 good boot then freezes whenever not plugged in please help

ROG Strix G513QY_G513QY haven't dropped it, mainly just sits on my cooler 24/7 i didn't install anything just one day when i opened the screen it would freeze i installed the latest driver but idk if it installed since when i hit restart it froze

Can you access the BIOS? If so, does it have any options for on-board diagnostics?

Do you know how full your primary storage device is?
