Question (pls help b4 someone finds) Lenovo laptop charges but battery level won't increase.

So, i've been using my brother's Lenovo IdeaPad i3 15IAU7, yesterday i was playing assetto corsa when i realized that the battery level wasn't increasing, i think it's the charger as lenovo vantage says the battery is healthy and it has 89%.

From the app "BatteryMon" i have seen that the numbers are low on everything. (Capacity, Capacity drop and Charge rate.) Capacity drop is 0 mWh, charge rate 0 mw and Capacity 2380 / 34100 mWh.

please, is there a fix?? i have to fix this before my brother finds out............

lenovo vantage says "The battery is in good condition"
and yeah, i did, i even tried to charge it while it was off.
