Pls help , urgent !!

Im stuck in my Bios because all the devices from my boot menu has disappeared.I had some audio issues so i rebooted into bios and saw some realtek device on the boot order and dragged it top and after that the oc restarted and my boot order is empty and windows won't start

I have some really important files on my hdd I can't believe this

The Realtek device was most likely a network adapter and I am 99% sure you have no means to boot from the network.

Is this a desktop or laptop PC?

Hello sir, actually i fixed the problem by turning on cems or something in my bios
