Plugable's 10-port smart USB-C charging hub is the peripheral hero we deserve

When it redistributes the power (e.g. when a device is plugged in, or one finishes charging), does it interrupt power to the other devices?

I'd like to be able to plug a device that requires continuous power, like a raspberry pi, to the "highest priority" port, and have it remain powered when other devices are plugged/unplugged from the other ports.
