Question Plugged in not charging msi ghost 2pc laptop

Ok so I have a msi ghost 2pc laptop and it says plugged in not charging with the battery sign orange blinking and when I unplug charger the laptop it turns off. I have already changed it with a new battery hoping it would be fixed but it still didn't work it still says plugged in not charging and turns off when unplugged. I already tried battery calibration and that didn't work.

if it's in warranty, it's better to contact MSI to get waranty.
or go a laptop repair store to test what's problem with the laptop.
