Anyone played the game? it has been just released in some countries for Android, I've been playing just a few minutes and it seems it needs some work, I moved around in the street and the player in my cellphone didn't even notice lol

Yes it does need some work. You have to really walk some distance before you notice anything, or at least I did. It was about 3 block to the nearest Pokestop, and I walked all the way there before I saw a wild pokemon. But after I got going, I decided to walk even further and ended up having a nice time finding pokemon and other pokestops and gyms.
