power button flashes blue then orange

I have an MSI model # MS-1759, I recently got it from Newegg refurbished. It came with Windows 8, but had great specs.

I installed two things, only playing around a bit with the theme and looking at a few things online.

The first was 16 gigs of ram, 64 bit.

The second was Classic Shell so I wouldn't have to deal with the God aweful default search system.

The problem: it was working just fine about a week ago, since then I haven't even touched it.

Now the start up light flashes blue, then orange, before shutting back down. But then it restarts and does the same thing, over and over.

Ok now I've tried removing one of the 8 gig cards, and VOILA it starts back up.

I'm so confused.
