Power supply question

Where can I get TOSHIBA 29L1350U POWER SUPPLY PK101W0060I and where can I find instructions on how to replace it? I have turned my TV off and it will now not turn on.

As to instructions it looks like there are two connectors and the board is held down by 4 screws. You should be able to do it. Take a picture of the old board before removing it and it should be OK.

I removed and replaced power board and TV still doesn't power on...what next?
