Pressed full screen on pic windows 7 and now can't reduce it cant read task bar

Does pressing ALT+F4 at the same time do anything? How about ESC?

And what exactly do you mean you pressed full screen pic on windows 7? Are you talking about some program, what did you have open?

Right click on pic.

Choose exit.

press. Ctrl+alt+del

pick open task manager.

end the process for the picture

For some programs you can press F11 again to leave Full Screen mode. F11 on, F11 off.
Also try the ESC (escape key) which might also work.
